The Backstory

One of the most searched for words which brings readers to my sight is “Sasha Grey” I did a spread on her (not literally) a few weeks ago when I wrote the post:  When Irony strikes Hypocrisy Emerges: Real people, real heroes, and our illiterate children. In that post I channeled my inner Senior Prom experience and dove head first into the lascivious debate, with no care as to which side of morality my ascerbic, salty  ejaculatory rant landed.

I found that her earlier work in pornography, an industry known for witty scripts, and involved dialogue, didn’t shed much light on her fascination for reading  but I was glad someone was promoting reading. My conclusions from that article was simple:

Those of you against, hard work, and climbing to the top literally and physically can’t be too mad at Ms Grey. Known jezebel minx floozy  tramp  wench whore bimbo Kim Kardashian (Check out my article on her and social mobility) after her pornographic exploits was given a show or two, and appeared on Dancing with the Stars (a privileged reserved for only America’s most loved). Ultimately Ms. Grey’s only mistake was that of timing in that she expected the public’s collective hypocrisy to last long enough for her to thrust promote her fascist agenda of literacy for everyone. Luckily our tenacity at finding ways to hide from the truth,  tore her agenda a new one a feeling I’m sure she is no stranger to.

The MoneyShot and the Follow Up

This issue has cause more adult actresses to come out of the woodwork, which sound unusually erotic thought it isn’t at all.  Adult actress Aurora Snow sat down to write a piece for the daily beast, which thought didn’t answer what exactly was she sitting on, raised an important question:

Am I fit to be around school children? I have no criminal record, am currently enrolled in college, and I take care of my quadriplegic brother and three school-age nephews. I also happen to be an adult actress, a “pornstar,” and after 10 years of performing, yes, I have earned that title. But being an adult actress would not make me unfit to be a mother when the time comes, nor am I now unfit to take my nephews to their school basketball games.

In her defense Ms Snow the former UC Irvine business major isn’t a Catholic, she isn’t a member of the Pop Royalty (subtle reference here), she films strictly in US made plot driven adult movies and not in undisclosed locations in South East Asia, she has no record of molesting children.

This in 2006 was a 13 billion dollar industry. Check out the site here for more details.  The number one producer of pornography is the United States. Porn stars are job creators not only in the privacy of one’s home or the tube sock industry, but also in the American economy.

The fact that this question is being asked seriously and has become a distinct conversation in the jumble cacophony of innumerable stories forces me to take a page from a tantra book and hold my head for a brief moment, before I return to my usual hysterics – firing out  a few shots at the face of hypocrisy of social discourse.

My Pre-Answer 

My answers are based on the following statistics from 2006. Please note that 90% of children between the ages of 8 -16  have seen porn already.

While you process that, I would like to give you on more fact from Children WebMD here . The following is a time rough time line detailing when children acquire the skills needed to read.

Ages 4-5: learning pre-reading skills
Ages 6-10: learning to read
Ages 11-13: “reading to learn”

If you have paid attention you will see that there is an overlap between the ages when kids first see or are exposed to porn (8-16) and when they first learn to read and read to learn (6-10).

My Anticlimatic Answer

Yes – This is a unique opportunity to address, Literacy, Sex Education, Personal Money Management, and How to pay for college, and pass calculus and Differential Equations Class

Yes – Up until she becomes a Born Again Christian. Many Christians are notorious for interpretting that line in the Bible “Suffer little children” Matthew 19:14

Yes – She is reading to children not becoming a teacher and having sex with them. Check out this list of female teachers who take receiving an apple as an invitation to enter consensual relations with  students

Yes – Wife of Known War Criminal, reads to kids why not an ex-Porn star
